1. Agreement

By accessing or using shop.droppell.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

  • We try to display product details, colours, and prices accurately, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or pricing errors).

4. Orders & Payment

An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email. Payment is charged at the time of order. If payment is refused or reversed, we may cancel your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier hands the parcel to you (or your nominated address).

7. Authenticity Guarantee

Every pair we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from authorised retailers. If you ever receive an item you believe is not authentic, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

All content on the Site — logos, images, text, and design — is owned by Droppell or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
