Returns & Refunds

1. 14-Day Return Window

You can return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original box (which must also be undamaged — the box is part of the product).

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@droppell.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it to the address we provide.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused or delayed.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund items that don't reach us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when this happens. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags / original packaging.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

Every pair we sell is 100% authentic. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — return shipping included.
